greatly enjoyed istanbul, the hotel was wonderful in good neighborhood. the setting was quite great and unbeatable within easy reach of a modern shopping mall.

Even though everything was good, some of the staff were rather noisy.

The hotel rooms are pleasantly furnished and beautifully designed with body wash or shampoo or soap as well as shampoo.

The staff here is fantastic and friendly, and the room has a TV, mini fridge, kettle, and a very comfortable bed.

I appreciated the complementary drinks and snacks provided in the room upon arrival, as well as the free breakfast buffet which had a variety of options to choose from. the hotel is located in a prime area with many tourist attractions and restaurants within walking distance, making it convenient to explore the city without the need for taxis. the room had a nice view of the city from the window, which allowed for stunning sunsets.

My experience was dampened by the poor customer service provided by the staff. They were not helpful when asked for assistance with directions or recommendations for things to do in the area.

The staff at this hotel were very accommodating during my Christmas stay. The room was clean and had excellent Wi-Fi. The breakfast was quite good and had a variety of options to choose from. the hotel was conveniently located near the metro, which allowed for easy access to explore nearby areas. I also appreciated the complimentary dressing gown and slippers that were provided for my comfort.

The hotel did not have a variety of coffee options in the room, which would have been nice during the stay. there were not enough coat hangers in the wardrobe, but staff were willing to provide more upon request.
